Job Title: Business Development Co-ordinator

Location: Yeovil, Somerset

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

Job Type: Full Time, Maternity Cover (with potential to become permanent)

About the role:

Artorius Faber is seeking an organised, proactive and commercially minded individual to support our marketing and business development activities. This varied role combines research, client engagement, presentation creation, CRM management and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Research

  • Research projects, clients, markets and industry trends to identify opportunities.
  • Support lead generation, account research and pipeline management.
  • Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings and presentations for the sales team.
  • Prepare briefing notes and background information for client meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers and industry contacts via phone.

Presentations & Marketing

  • Create presentations, mood boards and visual materials using Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate presentation materials, samples and printed collateral.

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records within Zoho CRM and internal databases.
  • Monitor customer engagement and activity across multiple channels.
  • Produce reports and insights to support business development and strategic decision-making.

About You:

  • Naturally curious, organised and detail-oriented.
  • Strong written, verbal and telephone communication skills.
  • Professional and confident speaking with clients and senior decision-makers.
  • Comfortable researching information, analysing data and identifying opportunities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign or similar design software is desirable.
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
